Information we receive
The form may collect your name, email address, preferred contact method, contact identifier, destination, occasion, expected guest count, timing, desired level of expression, areas of emphasis, the language in which you viewed the form and the context you choose to provide.
Why we use it
Serica uses this information to understand and respond to your request, continue the conversation through your chosen channel and prepare any next step you ask us to explore. The website form does not enrol you in marketing.
Who may receive it
Initial submissions are directed to Serica's assigned private enquiry inbox. Information is shared with a prospective venue, practitioner, producer or other provider only where needed to evaluate or deliver a request, and with appropriate discretion.
What not to submit initially
Do not use the enquiry form for passport numbers, payment details, medical records, exact residential access instructions, account credentials or other highly sensitive information. A more appropriate channel and handling method can be agreed if the conversation proceeds.
Retention, security and your choices
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, support any resulting relationship, meet applicable obligations or maintain legitimate business records. Access is limited to the people who need it for those purposes. You may ask Serica to correct or delete an initial enquiry, subject to applicable obligations, by replying through the same contact channel used for the conversation.
Service providers and processing
The WordPress site is hosted by WordPress.com. Enquiries are stored privately in WordPress and may be delivered by email to Serica's designated private inbox. Provider terms and processing locations may apply in addition to the requirements of your location.
