What Serica actually arranges
From one cultural visit to a complete journey
A brief might lead to a Kunqu conversation in Suzhou, time with an embroidery artist, a private family dinner in Shanghai or a day among Hangzhou's tea fields.
Serica then builds the practical plan: host or specialist, setting, hotel, car, interpretation, permissions, meal and a weather or access alternative where one is needed.
The site is available in sixteen languages. Client work is usually conducted in English or Mandarin, with interpreters and local specialists arranged when required.

People, place, access and cost
Recommendations distinguish the idea from the parts that have actually been approved. No private venue, practitioner or special access is presented as confirmed until they agree.

Some questions need six hours; others deserve twelve. A Serica Experience stays with one of them, then ends over a meal where the people at the table have time to say what the day has opened.

Lunch, afternoon tea or dinner becomes the last movement—not an appointment added at the end.

No. They demonstrate an approach, not fixed inventory. Serica starts with your date, guests and purpose, then checks which setting, practitioner and format are genuinely available.
How much lead time should a client allow?
A focused private moment may be possible within several weeks. Seasonal access, private aviation, cultural permissions, unusual venues or multi-day group journeys may require several months.
Can Serica plan for larger private groups?
Yes, where the setting, transport and service rhythm can support the group without losing coherence. Larger programs benefit from earlier planning and one trusted person who can confirm choices for the group.
Can aviation, hotels and security-sensitive logistics be included?
Yes. Serica can coordinate the wider journey through qualified providers and agreed information channels. Regulated services remain contracted and fulfilled by appropriately licensed operators.
